2021 - Present
I led the design, development, and successful launch of an immersive cohort-based accelerator program for health tech startup companies.
I currently lead the program development, experience design, event creation, and startup education for the Mayo Clinic Platform_Accelerate Program.
I coach, mentor, educate, and provide concierge-based support to innovative tech startups to provide a high-value accelerator experience
I created a playbook that contains the operational tasks, roles, responsibilities, and workflows used to successfully run the Accelerate Program at scale.
I coordinate, build, and manage relationships with Mayo Clinic executive leaders and external partners like Google to digitally transform healthcare.
I created a core curriculum for an executive education course that could be implemented globally and built into multiple region-specific education products.
2013 - 2021
I specialized in the science of learning for my Ph.D. and applied my expertise in experience design to lead a multi-year study that improved student learning.
I coached and led consultations with professors to help them implement evidence-based strategies to enhance teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
I planned, facilitated, and led interactive workshops where I taught professors how to create meaningful and immersive digital learning experiences.
I implemented a project-based lab curriculum and oversaw the successful execution of multiple large enrollment courses that supported 3500 learners.
I supervised, mentored, and trained 58 graduate teaching assistants on how to effectively teach and support students in digitally transformed courses.
I implemented data-driven learning interventions at scale through an iterative design-based process that resulted in an increase in learning outcomes.
